As at 30th November 2025, the Company's issued share capital consists of 944,492,180 Ordinary 2.5 pence shares with voting rights. The Company holds 253,474,082 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 30th November 2025, the total number of voting rights in The Mercantile Investment Trust plc is 691,018,098.
