The company EKTER S.A., in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 4.1.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, informs the investing public that following the completion of the special tax audit carried out by the Statutory Auditor pursuant to the provisions of Article 78 of Law 5104/2024, as currently in force, for the fiscal year from 01/01/2024 to 31/12/2024 (tax year 2024), a Tax Compliance Certificate with an unqualified conclusion was issued.
