Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie

Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie deliberato dall'assemblea degli azionisti il 29 aprile 2025 e avviato il 3 novembre 2025, Sabaf S.p.A. comunica che nel periodo tra il 24 novembre 2025 e il 28 novembre 2025 ha acquistato complessivamente n. 2.587 azioni Sabaf ad un prezzo medio unitario di € 13,4821 euro per azione e per un controvalore complessivo pari a 34.897,46 euro.

Update on the execution of the buy-back programme

With reference to the buy-back programme approved by the shareholders on 29 April 2025 and launched on 3 November 2025, Sabaf S.p.A. informs that in the period between 24 November 2025 and 28 November 2025 acquired no. 2,587 treasury shares at an average unit price of € 13.4821 per share, for a total amount of € 34,897.46.
