Share buyback – weekly update

JENSEN-GROUP reports today the purchase of 1,809 shares on the Euronext Brussels stock exchange during the period November 24 and November 28, 2025:

After aforementioned transactions, the total number of own shares on November 28, 2025 amounts to 412,791 shares or 4.29% of the total outstanding shares.
Within this program (668,027), 255,236 shares remain to be bought back.
The re-start of the share buy-back program was announced on August 10, 2023 and is in accordance with the mandate given by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of May 16, 2023.
This information is in accordance with article 8:4 of the Royal Decree of 29 April 2019 implementing the Code of Companies and Associations.
