Transfer of EUROPACORP shares from Euronext Paris to Euronext Growth Paris on November 18, 2021

Saint-Denis, November 16, 2021 – The listing of EuropaCorp shares will be transferred to the Euronext Growth Paris market on November 18, 2021. The application for admission of the Company's shares to the Euronext Growth Paris market was approved by the Euronext Admission Committee on November 15, 2021.

As indicated in the Company's previous press releases, this transfer aims to allow EuropaCorp to be listed on a market more appropriate to its size and offering a regulatory framework better suited to SMEs. The transfer of the listing of EuropaCorp's shares aims in particular to simplify the administrative obligations imposed on the Company and to reduce the costs associated with its listing, while allowing it to continue to benefit from the attractiveness of the financial markets.

EuropaCorp will continue to deliver accurate, precise and truthful information, making public any insider information concerning the Group, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse ("MAR").

EuropaCorp has chosen Gilbert Dupont as Listing Sponsor to accompany it on the Euronext Growth Paris market. The ISIN code for the shares remains unchanged (FR0010490920) and the mnemonic becomes ALECP.

The final schedule for the transfer of the listing market is as follows:

November 16, 2021:

• Publication of a Euronext notice announcing the delisting of the ordinary shares of EuropaCorp on Euronext Paris
• Publication of a Euronext notice announcing the admission of the ordinary shares of the Company on Euronext Growth Paris

November 18, 2021:

• Delisting of EuropaCorp's ordinary shares on Euronext Paris (before market opening)
• Admission of the ordinary shares of the Company on Euronext Growth Paris (at the opening)
