Reduction of resources allocated to the liquidity contract

Orgon, December 3, 2021

ID Logistics Group entered into a liquidity contract with Oddo BHF on April 18, 2012.

On December 3, 2021, in accordance with article 4 of AMF decision n°2021-01 of June 22, 2021, renewing the liquidity contracts on equity securities as accepted market practice, ID Logistics Group reduced by € 1,200,000 the cash resources allocated to the liquidity contract.

After reduction of these resources, the following assets appear in the liquidity account on December 3, 2021 :

• 2,711 ID Logistics Group shares
• € 986,057.30 in cash
