Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

Following notifications made in accordance with Article 19(1) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (EU 596/2014) and in accordance with Article 19(3) thereof, 888 Holdings Plc (the "Company") notifies the following transaction by a person discharging managerial responsibilities (a PDMR) in ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

On 11 September 2019, the Company was notified that Mr Mark Summerfield, Non-executive Director at 888, purchased 30,000 Ordinary Shares on 11 September 2019, at a price of 154p each (the "Transaction").

Post this Transaction, Mr Summerfield holds an interest of 30,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.008% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
