Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

Following notifications made in accordance with Article 19(1) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (EU 596/2014) and in accordance with Article 19(3) thereof, 888 Holdings Plc (the "Company") notifies the following transaction by a person discharging managerial responsibilities (a PDMR) in ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

On 15 April 2019, the Company was notified that Mr Itai Frieberger, Non-executive Director at 888, sold 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares on 15 April 2019, at a price of 152p each (the "Transaction"). As previously announced, Mr Frieberger stepped down as Chief Executive Officer of 888 on 24 January 2019, after more than 15 years with the Company, with this Transaction conducted as part of Mr Frieberger's personal wealth planning. Mr Frieberger has verbally committed to not selling any further Ordinary Shares for a period of at least 60 days from today's date.

Post this Transaction, Mr Frieberger holds an interest of 3,511,297 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.0 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
