As at 30 April 2024, the issued share capital and voting rights of 888 are as follows:

888's issued share capital consists of 449,397,918 Ordinary GBP£0.005 shares with voting rights attached (one vote per Ordinary share).

Therefore the total number of voting rights in 888 is 449,397,918.

The above total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, 888 Holdings plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
