In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), the Company confirms that Anne de Kerckhove, Senior Independent Director, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Eagle Eye Solutions Group Plc ("Eagle Eye"), with effect from 1 October 2023.

Ms de Kerckhove will also become Chair of the Board of Eagle Eye at the conclusion of its AGM in November 2023.
