Appointment of Non-executive Director

888, one of the world's most popular online gaming entertainment and solutions providers, is pleased to announce that Limor Ganot has been appointed to the Board as an independent non-executive director, effective 1 August 2020. 

Commenting on the appointment, the Company's Chairman, Brian Mattingley, said:

"I am delighted to welcome Limor to the 888 Board. Her involvement as a leader in a diverse range of businesses, together with her understanding of disruptive technologies, will be of significant benefit to 888 as we continue to grow and develop as a global leader in online gaming."

Ms. Ganot is managing partner of Gefen Capital, a US-Israeli venture capital fund that invests in disruptive technologies, a member of the global advisory board of Diners Club International, a board member of Diners Club Israel, and former co-CEO of Alon Blue Square Israel. She is a certified CPA who started her professional journey in the corporate finance division at KPMG, and received her Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
