Imerys completes the sale of certain US kaolin assets

On March 1, Imerys completed the sale to Thiele Kaolin Company, one of the world's leading producers of processed kaolin clay, of certain North American assets and mining resources supplying hydrous kaolin to the paper & packaging markets. These assets, which are part of Imerys' Performance Minerals Americas business segment, posted revenue of approximately \$74 million in 2021.
