• The Company confirms that it will report its annual results on March, 31st 2022 after market close.
• Regarding the current highly turbulent environment, the Group has decided to postpone the announcement of its strategic plan to a later date. A new date more conducive to sharing the Group's new objectives and ambitions will be unveiled when market conditions would allow it.
