• the annual financial report (the cross-reference table of which appears on page 397 of this Document, to make this information easier to find) ;
• the Board of Directors' report on corporate governance as well as the related Statutory auditors' findings (pages 157 to 230 and page 313 of this 2021 Document, respectively); and
• a description of the share buyback program subject to the authorization of the Combined General Meeting dated May 11, 2022 (page 66 of this Document).
