Small Holding Share Sale Facility Letter

88 Energy Limited (ASX: 88E) ("88 Energy" or the "Company") confirms that a letter has been sent to eligible shareholders regarding the Small Holding Sale Facility ("Facility") for holders of "Less than Marketable Parcels" of the Company's shares.

Further details on the Facility are set out in the Company's announcement released on 16 June 2025 and in the letter, which is available on the Company's website www.88energy.com.

The Company is providing the Facility as it provides the following benefits:

·     holders of Less than Marketable Parcels have the opportunity to sell their shares without incurring any brokerage or handling costs which, in proportion to the value of their holding, may otherwise render a sale unattractive or uneconomical; and

·     relieving the Company of the considerable costs involved in administering the holdings of Less than Marketable Parcels.

The Facility is not available to those shareholders who are residents of the United Kingdom, and it is not available to persons who hold an interest in the Company's shares via depositary interests in CREST.
