Temporary Suspension of Trading

88 Energy Limited (ASX:88E, AIM:88E, OTC:EEENF) ("88 Energy" or the "Company") provides an update on the consolidation of the issued share capital of the Company on a 25:1 basis (the "Consolidation"), which was approved by shareholders at the Company's AGM on 6 May 2025 and is scheduled to proceed in accordance with the timetable set out below.

In conjunction with the Consolidation, trading in the Company's depositary interests ("DIs") on AIM will be temporarily suspended at 7:30 a.m. on 12 May 2025, with trading expected to resume in the consolidated DIs at 7.30 a.m. on 13 May 2025.
