Notice of completion of sending Bidder’s Statement and Offers

Tangiers Petroleum Limited ACN 072 964 179 ( Tangiers ) gives notice that it has today completed sending its bidder’s statement dated 20 January 2014 ( Bidder’s Statement ) (which contains offers dated 4 February 2014 ( Offers )) to all persons registered as the holder of issued ordinary shares in Jacka Resources Limited ( Jacka ) in the register of Jacka shareholders, and also to all persons registered as the holder of listed options in Jacka in the register of Jacka option holders, as at 9am (Perth, Western Australia time) on 20 January 2014 (being the date set by Tangiers under section 633(2) of the Act) ( Relevant Offerees ).

A copy of the Bidder’s Statement (which contains the Offers), together with all additional information sent to the Relevant Offerees as required by section 633(1C) of the Act (inserted into the Act by ASIC Class Order 13/521) and section 633(6) of the Act, is attached to this notice.
