AGM Results

The Directors of 88 Energy Limited (the "Company", ASX:88E, AIM:88E, OTC:EEENF) confirm that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held earlier today all Resolutions, other than Resolution 3 (Approval of 7.1A Mandate), were duly carried.

Further information on the Resolutions proposed at the AGM and the AGM voting results can be viewed on the Company's website at www.88energy.com .

Following the approval of Resolution 5 (Consolidation of Capital) the Company will proceed with the consolidation of the issued share capital of the Company on a 25:1 basis (the "Consolidation"), such that every twenty-five (25) Shares, Depositary Interests, Options, Performance Rights or Warrants are consolidated into one (1) Share, Depositary Interest, Option, Performance Right or Warrant, respectively. Further details on the Consolidation, including the proposed timetable, are set out in the notification released by the Company on 4 April 2025.
