General Meeting Results

The Directors of 88 Energy Limited ("88 Energy" or the "Company", ASX & AIM:88E) confirm that at the General Meeting ("GM") of the Company held on the 8th November 2021 all Resolutions proposed were duly carried. Further information on the Resolutions proposed at the GM is set out in the Notice of GM, and the GM voting results can be viewed on the Company's website www.88energy.com 

Following the GM, 3,022,200 fully paid ordinary shares were issued on vesting and conversion of Performance Rights, along with performance rights to key management personnel.  Application will be made for admission of the new ordinary shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"), with Admission expected to occur on 12 November 2021. Following the issue of the new ordinary shares, which rank pari passu to the existing ordinary shares in the Company, the Company has a total of 14,403,426,196 ordinary shares in issue, all of which have voting rights.
