88 Energy Limited (ASX: 88E) ("88 Energy" or the "Company") announces that a notice of general meeting of the Company (the "GM") has been lodged to convene the GM, which is to be held at Vibe Hotel Subiaco, Level 9, 9 Alvan Street, Subiaco WA 6008 at 09:30 a.m. (WST) on 8 November 2021.

The notice of general meeting sets out details on the business of the GM and contains an explanatory statement on the proposed resolutions, along with voting instructions for shareholders. The notice of meeting can be viewed on the Company's website www.88energy.com.
