Total Voting Rights

Following the issue of new ordinary shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the underwritten Open Offer, as announced on 12 November 2025, the Company is today providing a confirmation regarding its voting rights, in line with section DTR 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules sourcebook.

As of the date of this announcement, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 2,109,749,903 Ordinary Shares, each with one voting right.  The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.  The total voting rights figure is therefore 2,109,749,903 and this can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
