REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY EXCLUSION FROM STAR QUALIFICATION

The request for voluntary exclusion from STAR status has been approved for submission to Borsa Italiana by the end of the year.

San Giovanni in Marignano, November 28, 2025. The Board of Directors of Aeffe SpA ( Aeffe or the Company ) – a luxury company listed on the Euronext STAR Milan segment of the Euronext Milan market of the Italian Stock Exchange, which operates in the ready-to-wear , footwear and leather goods sectors with international brands, including Alberta Ferretti, Moschino and Pollini – announces that it has resolved today to proceed with the request for voluntary exclusion from the STAR Segment.

This decision is part of the negotiated resolution procedure for the ongoing crisis ( CNC ), in relation to which the Company filed a request for access on 2 October 2025, and is dictated by the need to simplify and optimise company activities and available resources, allowing greater operational flexibility and enabling all functions to focus on what is necessary for a successful conclusion of the CNC itself.

The Company will initiate the necessary procedures to formalize the request for voluntary exclusion from the STAR Segment to Borsa Italiana SpA - pursuant to Article 2.5.7 of the Regulations of the Markets Organized and Managed by Borsa Italiana - by the end of the current financial year.

The transaction will be completed following the delisting by Borsa Italiana and in compliance with the timeframes set forth in applicable regulations. Aeffe shares will continue to be traded on Euronext Milan.

The Company will continue to ensure maximum commitment to all stakeholders, with the aim of maintaining transparency towards the market . During the voluntary exclusion period, it also intends to maintain, to the extent possible, the governance structure adopted to date, in line with the quality standards required by the STAR Segment and best practices.
