07.11.2025 tarihli açıklamamıza konu olan; yurtiçinde halka arz edilmeksizin nitelikli yatırımcılara satılmak üzere, 1 yıllık dönem içerisinde bir veya birden fazla seferde gerçekleştirilecek toplam 80.000.000.000 TL tutarına kadar tahvil ya da finansman bonosu ihraç edilmesine ilişkin ihraç belgesi, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 25.11.2025 tarih ve 61/2173 sayılı kararı ile onaylanmış olup, söz konusu ihraca ilişkin Başvuru Formu, İhraç Belgesi ve İhraç Belgesi Eki ekte yer almaktadır. İş bu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

Within the scope of our notification dated on 07.11.2025; the decision number 61/2173 and approval date with 25.11.2025 Capital Markets Board approved our issuance certificate of bonds or bills with a total amount up to TL 80,000,000,000 within 1-year period by sale of one or several times to domestic qualified investors without public offering. The application form, issuance certificate and its annex are attached. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
