MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF MAY 31, 2022

At the shareholders' meeting held on May 31, 2022, MEMSCAP's shareholders approved with a large majority all meeting resolutions.

Shareholders present at the meeting, voting by proxy or by post represented 3 055 954 voting shares (40.99% of the total number of voting shares) and 3 466 259 voting rights (43.68% of the total number of voting rights).
