Berkeley Energia Limited ("Berkeley" o la "Sociedad"), en cumplimiento de lo previsto en el artículo 17 del Reglamento (UE) nº 596/2014 sobre abuso de mercado y en el 228 del Texto Refundido de la Ley del Mercado de Valores aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 4/2015, de 23 de octubre, mediante el presente escrito informa sobre los resultados de la Junta General de Accionistas.
Se adjunta a continuación el texto íntegro de nota informativa para conocimiento de los accionistas de la Sociedad.

Results of Annual General Meeting
Berkeley Energia Limited (Company) advises that the Company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held today, 28 November 2025, at 10.00am (AWST).
The resolutions voted on were in accordance with the Notice of AGM previously advised to shareholders.
All resolutions were decided on and carried by way of a poll.
In accordance with Section 251AA of the Corporations Act 2001 and ASX Listing Rule 3.13.2, the details of the poll and the proxies received in respect of each resolution are set out over page.
