Half-year liquidity contract statement for Rothschild & Co

As at 30 June 2022, under the liquidity contract entered into between Rothschild & Co and Rothschild Martin Maurel, the following resources appeared on the liquidity account:

• 3,400 shares
• € 1,850,694.00

During the first half of 2022:

• Number of transactions on buy side: 3,249
• Traded volume on buy side: 181,846 shares for € 6,598,747.64
• Number of transactions on sell side: 2,906
• Traded volume on sell side: 178,896 shares for € 6,503,148.13

Details of the transactions carried out during the past six months are set out in the appendix to this document.

As at 31 December 2021, the following resources appeared on the liquidity account:

• 450 shares
• € 1,946,294.00 €

During the second half of 2021:

• Number of transactions on buy side: 1,769
• Traded volume on buy side: 136,687 shares for € 5,003,217.05
• Number of transactions on sell side: 1,645
• Traded volume on sell side: 138,237 shares for € 5,057,928.70

When the contract was implemented, the following resources appeared on the liquidity account:

• 42,750 shares
• € 577,866.00
