Report Content Receipt of an Order as Part of Significant Cooperation
The Management Board of Selvita S.A., headquartered in Kraków ("Issuer","Company"), hereby informs that on November 27, 2025, the Issuerreceived an order ("Order") as part of cooperation covered by aframework service agreement dated April 1, 2023, concluded with apharmaceutical company based in Europe ("Client").
The subject of the Order is the continued support of the drug discoveryprogram carried out by the Client. The services provided to the Clientunder the Order will focus on the design and synthesis of new chemicalcompounds, which will then be subjected to an ADME panel (Absorption,Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion) to determine the properties of thesynthesized compounds. In parallel, in vitro pharmacology studies willassess their biological activity and provide high-quality datasupporting decisions regarding the further development of the Client'sproject.
The execution of the Order will cover a period of 12 months, fromJanuary to December 2026, and constitutes a continuation of cooperationwith the Client that began in 2017.
The estimated total value of services provided to the Client throughout2025 will amount to EUR 2,392,034 (PLN 10,111,128). The value of thereceived Order is EUR 1,800,000 (PLN 7,608,600), with the Companyestimating that the value of cooperation with the Client in the entireyear 2026 should not be lower than in 2025.
Due to the continuation of cooperation with the Client in the Company'sstrategic area of integrated drug discovery and considering the value ofthe entire cooperation carried out in 2025 between the Client and theIssuer, the Management Board of the Issuer considers the received Orderto be significant.
Currency conversions in this report were made according to the averageexchange rate of the National Bank of Poland as of November 27, 2025,amounting to 1 EUR = PLN 4.2270.
