The Works, the UK's leading specialist retailer of affordable, screen-free activities for the whole family, provides an update following its announcement on 13 November 2025, and can confirm that Simon Hathway will formally step down from his role as Independent Non-Executive Director as of 12 December 2025.

The search to identify Simon's successor is underway. The Board will provide an update in due course.
