18.11.2025 tarihli açıklamamızda duyurulduğu üzere; yurtiçinde halka arz edilmeksizin nitelikli yatırımcılara satılmak üzere, 1 yıllık dönem içerisinde bir veya birden fazla seferde gerçekleştirilecek toplam 5.000.000.000 TL tutarına kadar tahvil ya da finansman bonosu ihraç edilmesine ilişkin ihraç belgesi, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 25.11.2025 tarih ve 61/2146 sayılı kararı ile onaylanmış olup, söz konusu ihraca ilişkin Başvuru Formu, İhraç Belgesi ve İhraç Belgesi Eki ekte yer almaktadır.

As per our announcement dated November 18, 2025; on November 25, 2025, with decision number 61/2146 Capital Markets Board approved our issuance certificate of bonds or bills with a total amount up to TL 5,000,000,000 within the 1-year period by the sale of one or several times to domestic qualified investors without public offering. The application form, issuance certificate and its annex are attached.
