Atos announces that its amendment to the 2021 Universal Registration Document was filed today, Friday August 5, 2022, with the French Financial Markets Authority ("AMF") under number D.22-0247-A01.

This amendment includes, inter alia, the half-yearly financial report as of June 30, 2022.
