Velocity Composites plc (AIM: VEL), the leading supplier of composite material kits to aerospace, has been notified that Mrs Emma Bridges, wife of Chief Executive Jon Bridges, yesterday sold 333,333 Velocity ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15p per share.

Jon Bridges retains an interest in 5,032,596 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.20% of the total voting rights of the Company, of which Emma Bridges holds 1,016,667 Ordinary Shares.
