Infinity Capital Investments S.A. informs its investors and shareholders that, on November 27th, 2025, the Company sold its entire stake in the issuer Elba S.A. Timișoara, respectively 39,628 shares, representing 2.3694% of the issuer's share capital, at the value of 891,630 lei.

This step was carried out based on the Investment Strategy approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders on April 29th, 2025, through which the Company aimed to rebalance its portfolio in order to improve the long-term performance of its own holdings.
