In the context of negotiations with MFE – MediaForEurope N.V., and for reasons of transparency and equal access to information for the market and investors, Impresa – Sociedade Gestora de Participações Sociais, S.A., hereby communicates the following:

Net Interest-Bearing debt (M€)	145,0	148,2	-2%

Net interest-bearing debt stood at €145 million in October 2025, reflecting a 2% reduction compared to June 2025.

Between June 2016 and October 2025, net debt shows an overall downward trend. Over the accumulated period, the Group reduced its net interest-bearing debt by more than 26%, which corresponds to approximately €51 million.

Note: Preliminary data, not approved by the governing bodies, nor audited or reviewed by the Company's auditors. Therefore, it is subject to change

Based on the information currently available and without considering extraordinary events, the expectation is that net interest-bearing debt as of December 31 will be lower than that reported on October 31, 2025.
