Notification of major holdings (Law 3556/2007)

26 November 2025 – SAND GROVE CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LLP informed the Company in writing on 25 November 2025 that through the fund(s) it serves as the investment manager or discretionary sub-advisor, because of the removal of 4,086,833 equity swaps following the tender event on 24 November 2025, as of 24 November 2025 it has zero (0%) holdings of the Company.

The chains of controlled undertakings through which the holding was effectively held, starting with the ultimate controlling entity, is as follows:

• Sand Grove (Cayman) LP,
• Sand Grove Capital Intermediate Ltd
• Sand Grove Capital management LLP

In addition, the Company announces that:

• On 19 November, EURONEXT NV announced the successful outcome of its voluntary share exchange offer. During the Acceptance Period, which started on 6 October and ended on 17 November 2025, shareholders lawfully and validly tendered, in aggregate, 42,953,405 ATHEX Shares corresponding to approximately 74.25% of the voting rights of ATHEX, which number 57,850,000 shares excluding the 2,498,000 shares in treasury stock, or 71.18% of the voting rights of ATHEX (60,348,000) if the treasury stock is included.
• On 19 November, PRAUDE ASSET MANAGEMENT LIMITED informed the Company that it indirectly owns 9.15% of the total number (60,348,000) of voting rights of the Company.
