Registration of amendments to the Articles of Association.
The Management Board of FON SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on 26/11/2025, the Commercial Companies Register (Ariregister), competent for Estonian law, registered the amendments to the Company's Articles of Association resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 17/11/2025.
In connection with the above, the current wording of point 2.4 of the Company's Articles of Association is as follows:
"2.4.The minimum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 5 000 000 (five million) shares and the maximum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 20 000 000 (twenty million) shares."
