Dividend Declaration

US Solar Fund plc (LON: USF (USD)/USFP (GBP)) is pleased to announce its Q3 2025 dividend of 0.875 cents per Ordinary Share in line with the revised dividend target of 3.50 cents per Ordinary Share, starting from Q3 2025. The dividend will be paid as timetabled below:

o	Ex-Dividend Date: 4 December 2025
o	Record Date: 5 December 2025
o	Payment Date: 29 December 2025

Of this dividend declared of 0.875 cents per Ordinary Share, none of the dividend has been designated as an interest distribution.
