UPDATE ON MSCI INDEXES

On January 10, 2023, MSCI issued a press release on its decision to exclude SOMFY from the MSCI Global Small Cap Indexes, effective January 13, 2023.

This decision was triggered by the ownership of the group made up of members of the Despature family in SOMFY which, taking into account treasury shares representing 6.89% of the share capital, was above 85% of the issued share capital as of January 10, 2023, hence reducing SOMFY's free float under 15% of the company's share capital.
