Half-year liquidity agreement statement

Under the liquidity agreement between Legrand and Exane BNP Paribas, the following assets were held in the liquidity account at December 31 st , 2022:

• 111,230 shares
• €18,840,413

In the second half of 2022, it has been negotiated a total of:

• Number of executions on buy side on semester: 9,432
• Number of executions on sell side on semester: 12,366
• Traded volume on buy side on semester: 1,407,398 shares for €105,576,353
• Traded volume on sell side on semester: 1,410,901 shares for €105,923,752

• At the previous statement date (June 30 th , 2022), the following assets were held in the liquidity account:
