INTESA SANPAOLO: MOODY'S UPGRADES THE BANK'S LONG-TERM RATING
Turin - Milan, 25 November 2025 – Intesa Sanpaolo communicates that Moody's has upgraded the Bank's long-term senior preferred (unsecured) rating to 'A3' from 'Baa1' with a stable outlook. The 'P-2' short-term rating has been affirmed.
This follows a similar action on Italy announced by Moody's on 21 November 2025.
No material impact on the Bank's financials is expected.
