Red Rock Resources PLC

("Red Rock" or the "Company")

Update

25 November 2025

Red Rock Resources Plc, the natural resource exploration and development company with interests in gold, base metals, battery metals, and hydrocarbons principally in Africa and Australia announces an update on the Company's announcement of 15th October 2025 ("Conditional Sale of Ivory Coast Licences") and on activities in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Cote d'Ivoire sale.

Dalaroo Ltd (ASX:DAL) held its general meeting today and the vote to approve the issue of consideration shares to Red Rock was passed by Dalaroo shareholders with a 99.9% vote in favour.

Red Rock now awaits confirmation in due course by Dalaroo that all conditions for completion have been fulfilled to their satisfaction.

Koto Red Rock JV

As part of the JV the Company and its partners are seeking to identify appropriate copper-cobalt and gold licences. On 23rd October the Company stated that "Red Rock expects in the next few days to visit some of the short-listed licences".

That process has begun, and updates will be issued in due course.

DRC Litigation

A judgment and conclusion of the proceedings between the Company and VUP as referred to in the Company's announcement of 11th June 2025 remain imminent, and the Company is confident that its position will be upheld.

Red Rock chairman Andrew Bell comments: "We are pleased to see Dalaroo pass this important milestone with overwhelming shareholder approval for the Red Rock transaction.

Progress in the DRC continues with the opening of a local office in Gombe, Kinshasa for the Koto Red Rock JV, and the Chairman will return to the DRC this week to work on key deliverables.

We await publication of the Supreme Court judgment, expecting it to reflect the language of the advisory Avis, and to issue very soon. The slowness of the process has been a disappointment, but with the new legal term the pace should pick up.

We will continue to update regularly."
