("AB Dynamics", or the "Company")

PDMR/PCA Shareholding

AB Dynamics plc, the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing, simulation and measurement products to the global transport market, announces that it has been notified of certain transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") that Mr Tony Best, Special Advisor to the Board and Mrs Naemi Best, a person closely associated with Mr Best, have each made for the purposes of personal tax planning.

Mr Best gifted 2,094,328 Ordinary Shares equally between two newly established trusts; the Best Family Beneficiary Protection Trust 2025 (HLC) and the Best Family Beneficiary Protection Trust 2025 (CAB) (together, the "Trusts").  Mrs Best gifted 601,274 Ordinary Shares equally between the Trusts. Mr and Mrs Best are named trustees of the Trusts, which were established for the benefit of Mr and Mrs Best's adult children and remoter issue.

Following these transactions, Mr Best and persons closely associated with him, retain an interest in 2,695,605 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 11.74% of the Company's current issued share capital. The trustees of each of the Best Family Beneficiary Protection Trust 2025 (HLC) and the Best Family Beneficiary Protection Trust 2025 (CAB) have an interest in 1,347,801 Ordinary Shares, each representing approximately 5.87% of the Company's current issued share capital.
