Update on Corporate Governance Policies
Imara Gold Plc (LSE: IGLD), the East African focused gold company, is pleased to provide an update on the Company's corporate governance policies, committee terms of reference and Board charters these are maintained in accordance with best practice and Quoted Companies Alliance Corporate Governance Code.
The Board of Directors support these high standards and have implemented corporate governance practices accordingly.
Pursuant to this, the Board of Directors have commenced their 6-monthly review of its corporate policies and Board charters that were previously approved on 30th April 2025. These policies, the committee terms of reference and Board charters, as well as the findings of the corporate governance review completed earlier this year by the Company's new executive management and Board of Directors, are all available on the Company's website.
Upon completion of this 6-monthly review, the updated policies and Board charters will be published on the Company's website, once approved by the Board, and this is expected to be completed by 30th November 2025.
The Board remains focused on strengthening the Company's governance structures and ensuring that Imara Gold maintains full compliance with applicable regulations.
