The Company announces that it was notified on 24 November 2025 that the trustee of the Company's Share Incentive Plan allocated ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company to each of the following Directors of the Company/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") as set out below:
