Following its announcement dated 17.09.2025, Alpha Bank S.A. (the "Bank") announces that during the period between 17.11.2025 and 21.11.2025, it purchased 2,493,735 own shares on the Athens Exchange, at a volume weighted average price of € 3.5411 per share and a total cost of € 8,830,541.93 as part of its Share Buyback Program approved by its Extraordinary Shareholders General Meeting dated 12.6.2025.
