Availability of the Universal Registration Document 2022

Eiffage announces that its 2022 universal registration document was filed with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) on 27 March 2023.

This document is available on the company's website at www.eiffage.com and on the AMF website www.amf-france.org. It is also available at the company's registered office (3-7 place de l'Europe - 78140 Vélizy-Villacoublay).

The following documents are included in the Universal Registration Document:

• The 2022 annual financial report including:
  • o the management report;
  • o the consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2022 and the notes thereto (including details of the statutory auditors' fees);
