Ola Lorentzon, Chairman of Frontline plc (“Frontline” or the “Company”), has on November 24th, 2025, exercised 28,000 synthetic options in Frontline under its share option scheme approved by the Board of Directors of the Company on December 7, 2021. The purpose of the exercise is primarily to cover incurred tax liabilities.
