Purchase and sale of Elia Group shares in the context of the liquidity agreement

Within the framework of the liquidity agreement (see press release dated July 29, 2021), Elia Group reports today that Exane BNP Paribas on behalf of Elia Group has purchased 4,350 Elia Group shares during the period between between 17 November 2025 and 21 November 2025 on Euronext Brussels. During the same period, Exane BNP Paribas on behalf of Elia Group has sold 6,300 Elia Group shares.
