INFORMATIVA SETTIMANALE SUL PROGRAMMA DI ACQUISTO DI AZIONI PROPRIE DI EUROTECH S.P.A.

In relazione al programma di acquisto di azioni proprie, il cui avvio è stato annunciato in data 13 novembre 2025, Eurotech S.p.A. ("Eurotech") rende noto di aver acquistato nel periodo compreso tra il 17 novembre 2025 e il 21 novembre 2025, n. 35.000 azioni ordinarie proprie (ISIN: IT0003895668), per un controvalore complessivo di Euro 31.178,35, nell'ambito dell'autorizzazione deliberata dall'Assemblea degli azionisti in data 28 aprile 2025.

Gli acquisti sono stati effettuati per il tramite dell'intermediario Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A.

Di seguito si riporta il dettaglio delle operazioni di acquisto di azioni ordinarie proprie su base aggregata giornaliera:

In conformità all'art. 2, paragrafo 3 del Regolamento Delegato (UE) n. 1052/2016, in allegato al presente comunicato si riportano, in forma dettagliata e su base giornaliera, le informazioni relative alle operazioni di acquisto compiute nel periodo sopra riportato.

A seguito degli acquisti oggi comunicati, considerando le azioni proprie già in portafoglio, alla data del 21 novembre 2025 Eurotech detiene n. 218.606 azioni ordinarie proprie pari al 0,5659% del capitale sociale.

WEEKLY DISCLOSURE ON THE SHARE BUY-BACK PROGRAM OF EUROTECH S.P.A.

With regard to the share buy-back program which was announced on November 13th 2025, Eurotech S.p.A. ("Eurotech") announces that in the period between November 17th 2025 and November 21th 2025, it purchased no. 35,000 treasury shares (ISIN: IT0003895668), for a total countervalue of Euro 31,178.35, pursuant to the authorization resolved by the Shareholders' Meeting held on April 28th 2025.

Such transactions have been carried out through the intermediary Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A.

Details of the purchase of treasury shares on an aggregated daily basis are shown below:

In accordance with Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Delegated Regulation (UE) no. 1052/2016, are attached hereto the information regarding the purchase transactions carried out during the aforementioned period, in detailed form and on a daily basis.

Following the purchases disclosed today, taking into account the treasury shares already in the portfolio, as of November 21th 2025, Eurotech holds no. 218,606 treasury shares, equal to 0.5659% of the share capital.
