MARZOCCHI POMPE S.P.A.: 2026 CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR
Bologna, 24 November 2025 - The Board of Directors of Marzocchi Pompe S.p.A. (EGM:MARP), a leading company in the design, manufacturing, and marketing of high-performance gear pumps and motors, met today, chaired by Paolo Marzocchi, and approved the 2026 Corporate Events Calendar, in accordance with the disclosure requirements set forth in Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuer Regulation.

Approval of the preliminary consolidated figures at 31 December 2025
Friday 27 March 2026 Meeting of the Board of Directors
Approval of the draft financial statements and the consolidated financial statements at 31 December 2025
