Exchange rate for the third interim dividend for the period to 30 September 2025

Aquila European Renewables plc ("AER" or "the Company") announces that the GBP:EUR exchange rate for the third interim dividend for the quarter to 30 September 2025 of 0.65 cents per Ordinary Share, previously announced on 5 November 2025, has been set at 1.1379.  The sterling equivalent dividend payable is therefore 0.5712p per Ordinary Share. The dividend will be paid on 12 December 2025 to Shareholders who appeared on the register on 14 November 2025.  The Company's Ordinary Shares were marked ex-dividend on 13 November 2025.
